2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Preparation and Briefing Workshop for new participants at RISC, 35-39 London St, RG1 4PS.
3 p.m. onwards
Registrations re-start at Friends Meeting House (FMH), 2 Church St, Reading RG1 2SB.
6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Legal Observers briefing
6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Supper served at FMH for all those who have registered.
7.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
Seize the Day gig at RISC 35-39 London St, RG1 4PS. with an open mike at some time for other contributions.
10 p.m.
Quiet time for all those sleeping at FMH. Lights out.
Personnel needed for above programme:=
2 facilitators for each of the 2 workshops from 10a.m. to 1p.m. and then from 2.30p.m. to 5.30p.m.
1 person to do the legal observer briefing from 6- 6.30p.m.
1 person to be in the FMH to welcome, register and orient any new arrivals and get them out of the FMH and to RISC if between the hours of 9.30a.m. and 3 p.m. So maybe a rota of 2 or 3 people.
1 person in the office to look after any phone calls and do any admin.
